by Ian Murray

  1. Tired of Talking About Tires?
"The desire to upgrade bike gear is a strong one in our world, and one that should be approached wisely. If you are riding any decent bike then investing in race wheels is a great place to start with an upgrade."
  2. May I Mention Intention
"The more I speak to athletes in detail about specific aspects of their training and racing, the more I come to learn that most folks don’t have their head in the game."
  3. Put Your Best Foot Forward!

  4. The Question of Time
"I once saw a slogan on the wall of what must have been an independently owned diner, it read: “Service, Quality, Price – choose any two”. Here are the hard and fast factors that determine how much time you need to prepare as a triathlete...."
  5. Bring Your Bike to a Whole New Level: A Primer for PreSeason Bike Focus
